I wasn't treated like an intern but a regular, entry-level designer. This made me work on real projects and demanded that I learn the in and outs of programs and processes I both knew and that I had never had experiences with before.
What I wish was different
A lot of exciting projects came near the end of my time at the agency, so I missed out on them. Summer isn't always the busiest, and proejcts come and go sporadically.
Advice
Don't ever be scared to ask for help or to let someone know that you are feeling overwhelmed; otherwise, you and your team will fall behind on work. Many people understand that you are still learning and will want to help you.
