WHAT SETS HESS APART?
1. Free TEFL Certification Program: Free 10 day training on your arrival.

3. Interest-Free Start-up Loan: $1,000 USD on your first day at your school.
4. Competitive Starting Pay: $580-620 NTD/Hour based on experience and qualifications. As well as Year-End Bonuses: 2nd year $500 USD, 3rd year $750 USD, and $1,000 USD after 4th year and above.
5. Guaranteed Hours: We always guarantee your minimum salary, but you are flexible to earn more!
6. Flexible Time Off: Your vacation time is not tied to the school's semester schedule. Take time-off whenever you need it!
7. Materials Provided: Don't worry! We publish our own materials and provide you with the teacher's guides.
