Since 2008, the Shift Digital team has built, deployed and managed easy-to-use solutions focused on the retail distribution channel of our clients.

Position Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a desire to work in the human resources field, have been involved in campus organizations, participated in past internship opportunities, and have other relevant work experience.

The Employee Relations Intern Will:

  • Assist the Employee Relations Team with ad hoc projects
  • Book travel for candidates
  • Coordinate the on boarding process for new hires
  • Plan training for new hires including Shift Digital training and account specific training
  • Work with candidates throughout the interview process including scheduling interviews
  • Plan events and other cultural initiatives for Shift Digital
  • Source candidates for current openings
  • Meet tight deadlines
  • Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion
  • Complete an intern group project over the course of the summer
  • Attend trainings as part of the overall internship program

The Shift Digital Summer Internship Program Includes:

  • Shift Digital training on the automotive and digital industries
  • Summer-long group intern project focusing on the company as a whole
  • Resume and interviewing workshop from our Recruiting/HR team
