Position Description:
Our ideal candidate will have a desire to work in the human resources field, have been involved in campus organizations, participated in past internship opportunities, and have other relevant work experience.
The Employee Relations Intern Will:
- Assist the Employee Relations Team with ad hoc projects
- Book travel for candidates
- Coordinate the on boarding process for new hires
- Plan training for new hires including Shift Digital training and account specific training
- Work with candidates throughout the interview process including scheduling interviews
- Plan events and other cultural initiatives for Shift Digital
- Source candidates for current openings
- Meet tight deadlines
- Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion
- Complete an intern group project over the course of the summer
- Attend trainings as part of the overall internship program
The Shift Digital Summer Internship Program Includes:
- Shift Digital training on the automotive and digital industries
- Summer-long group intern project focusing on the company as a whole
- Resume and interviewing workshop from our Recruiting/HR team
