BP Sophomore Experience

Integrated supply and trading (IST) is the commercial face for BP. Its role is to provide commodity trading, risk management and information technology skills for the business.

What to expect
This exciting, all expenses paid, week-long program delivers a unique opportunity for you to learn about life in BP trading.

During the program you’ll be exposed to our corporate culture and values.

Experience is gained through a mix of:
- Presentations
- Hands-on trading demonstrations
- Case studies
- Networking and evening events around Chicago

Eligibility criteria
- This program is open to current sophomore students who will be rising juniors, with a strong interest in business and trading.
- There are no degree requirements however you’ll need a minimum 3.2 GPA.
We’re looking for students who demonstrate high potential, have strong academic and extracurricular backgrounds and who have a well-articulated interest in BP and our industry.
