The Staff Engineer (Traffic Division) will assist with the safe and efficient movement of people through the City of Pittsburgh.  The ideal candidate will optimize traffic operations by performing tasks such as investigating and analyzing street conditions and recommending improvements; planning and collecting data for traffic analysis; preparing and reviewing signing and pavement marking plans; managing and implementing signal and system timing plans.
