Opportunity
Kohler Company, a multifaceted global family of brands with a strong emphasis on design and innovation, is seeking the best idea generators to join us as part of our Spring Internship Program. This is a one-of-a-kind internship opportunity for young, hungry creatives to cut their teeth in an in-house agency environment. Working side by side with Associate Creative Directors in our Chicago office, you will have the unique experience of applying your unexpected, conceptual thinking to internal, national and global assignments across different business pillars - including, but not limited to, kitchen and bath, power and hospitality.
What you gain will be both traditional and non-traditional advertising experience as you evolve from students to full-fledged creative powerhouses. And after the 12-week program is over, you will have the experience of working for a luxurious global brand - and a stronger resume to boot.
Skills/Requirements
* BS, BA or relevant degree, or currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited college or university, and in good standing (or) recent graduate, December 2016 or later
* Highly committed, collaborative individual -- with experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative department a plus
* An online portfolio that demonstrates writing abilities and outside-the-box thinking
* Passionate about design, luxury and aesthetics while being solution oriented, an excellent problem solver, and have an eye for detail
* Possess solid communication, computer, and presentation skills
