Seasonal Engineering Intern

The Van Buren County Road Commission has immediate openings for Seasonal Engineering Interns to perform all types of engineering-related tasks including, but not limited to topographic surveying, construction staking, paving inspection, computer database input, quantity measurement and calculations, collecting traffic volumes, collecting and logging road department infrastructure information, updating annual resurfacing inventory maps, and other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned. Applicants must possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Civil engineering coursework, computer proficiency and land survey methods experience preferred.
