Account Coordinator - Advertising

Want to start your career in advertising? Join the Amusement Park Account Management team in this entry-level position. Develop your Account Coordinator skills along side our strategic planning, media planning and buying and creative thought leaders. You will be responsible for supporting the team to ensure that one or more accounts are running efficiently.

REPORTS TO: Account Executive or Account Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage status reports
  • Open jobs and traffic creative projects through the agency
  • Assists with competitive tracking reports
  • Monitoring industry news and reporting on competitive activity
  • Assists with billing
  • Assists with meeting notes and recaps

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year college degree
  • Internship or relevant course work
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good written and communication skills

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Auto transportation required for local trips to and from client offices
