CP Kelco is looking for talented and highly motivated Chemical Engineer graduates with a passion for pursuing international careers within Innovation and Production. Our Global Graduate Program is a fast-track on-the-job training and learning program. It’s a two-year rotating program on three different sites (two of which are abroad) where you will acquire a wide range of hands-on experience and project management skills.

You will be part of a tailor made training program offering extensive practical experience while developing and expanding your personal and professional toolbox. Your responsibilities will change in the course of the program and you will have the chance to put your professional competences to use, cooperate closely with customers on specific tasks, and at the same time establish a wide network across our organization, while becoming familiar with our business and strategy. This way, we believe, you will strengthen your problem-solving and team-working skills and your ability to handle change. 

On-the-job training and Mentoring

You will be involved with project groups related to Innovation and Production support and will be integrated into a working group of your respective technical area.  

A CP Kelco home and host mentor will be assigned to each graduate to ensure integration, alignment and professional development. 

Location

As part of this program, you will have your base in San Diego with alternating 6 month assignments in Skensved (Denmark), and Limeira (Brazil).


What does it take to qualify? 

To qualify as a CP Kelco engineer graduate we expect you to have: 

  • A Master's degree within Chemical Engineering or a similar discipline relevant to our industry

  • MS office experience, fluent in written and spoken English and ideally in an additional foreign language

  • An open minded personality, readiness to learn,  always showing respect for all

  • Good communication and collaboration skills, openness to change, a flexible and international mind-set, curiosity, “can do” spirit.

  • Be goal-oriented, highly motivated, and have the skills and ability to build strong relationship
