Data Quality and Research Intern

Objective Paradigm was founded in 1999 and is located in Chicago, IL. We have over 35 experienced recruiters and sourcers on staff. We’re looking for talented, motivated people with insatiable appetites for success to join our research team.

We are seeking a Data Quality and Research Intern who will take ownership of our efforts to improve our reporting capabilities, clean up our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and learn something new about how we work and what our market looks like.

What Your Success Looks Like

• Our CRM / Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated and our reports are clean and useful

• New problem areas are identified and fixes are implemented to head them off in the future

• You know our ATS inside and out and are an expert user

• You’ve worked with upper management on the best methods of data cleansing while providing removal of erroneous and duplicate data.
