Customer Development Representative

Position Overview

Your role as Customer Development Representative will be to engage with end users and executive level contacts within our existing customer base to drive product adoption, build ROI cases, and create a pipeline for our Customer Success Managers.

Position Responsibilities

·       Effectively and independently distill and deliver the DiscoverOrg value proposition, articulating DiscoverOrg’s products, integrations, and features over the phone to existing users and economic buyers.

·       Support Customer Success Managers by driving product adoption and building return on investment cases for customer retention.

·       Build a pipeline of qualified leads for business development by cultivating relationships and identifying new segments within our existing customer base.

·       Drive the value of our full suite of applications.


Background

·       For this role we weight your innate abilities and personality traits much more than your experience, but our ideal candidate could also have:

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·       Ideally 1-2+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management

·       Strong Microsoft Office skills

·       CRM usage experience (Salesforce preferred)

·       Strong ability to close sales

·       Technology savvy
