Bank of America Elevate Diversity Forum

The Bank of America Elevate Diversity Forum provides undergraduate Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, Alaskan Native and American Indian freshmen and sophomore students the opportunity to participate in a one and a half day emersion experience to kick start your career.

Hosted by our businesses professionals, you will have the opportunity to hear first-hand of their experience while learning about the unique culture and history of the Bank. You will have the opportunity to meet with senior leaders and industry experts, in addition to attending workshops and learning how the recruiting process works.
