Intern- Safety Department

RAM Construction Services is seeking an Intern starting this spring for our Livonia, MI office for the Safety department.

RAM Construction Services is the oldest and most experienced waterproofing and restoration contractor in the United States. RAM Construction Services has built a solid reputation based on knowledge with experience and reliability. RAM Construction Services has grown into the largest Midwestern contractor specializing in restoration of aging structures and skilled waterproofing of new structures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting Safety Director and Safety Managers with job start-up paperwork
• Attending safety meetings
• Conducting on-site inspections with Safety personnel
• Tracking and recording safety-related statistics
• Completing Job Safety Analysis

Qualifications:

• Currently attending a college or university in a related degree program for Occupational Safety and Health.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Comfortable with meeting and talking with new people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Have knowledge in all safety related aspects in construction.
