Qualifications
(Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Required: 1. Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Labor relations or Organizational Development and having completed a minimum of one year of college. 2. An outstanding academic performer 3.0 / 4.0 GPA or equivalent academic requirement. Lower GPA considered if coupled with relevant experience. 3. Good problem solving experience. 4. Good oral and written communication skills. 5. Proven experience handling complex class room projects. 6. Working knowledge of office equipment (fax and copier). 7. Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite. 8 Ability to work effectively with others. Preferred: 1. Interested in a career at MTU America. 2. Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources. |
