- Organize select Service modifications and work with
distributors and customers to complete them.
- Call distributors/customers weekly to determine
progress made toward completion.
- Ensure that completed modifications are properly
documented in the BP.
- Assist Service Engineer in providing bi-monthly updates
on completion progress of the modifications.
- Assist Service team with other duties as
needed.
- Keep management informed on current workload, issues
and future assignments
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and
rules governing professional staff behavior
- Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the
handling of confidential information and the observation of
confidentiality
- Maintain professional relationships with company
employees, clients and customers, both internal and external
- Represent the company professionally in all
interactions both internally and externally
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility,
and live the letter and the spirit of the Global Code Of
Conduct.
- Perform special projects as
required.
