HELP WANTED –CASE MANAGER – FULL TIME   

Newaygo County Mental Health is accepting applications for a Full Time Case Manager to work specifically with our Autism program.  This individual will be responsible for providing a range of case management services for children and adults with Autism.  Experience should include working with children, families and adults, working with community partners, linking, monitoring, referring and coordinating.  This individual must be skilled, resourceful, energetic, and have proficient computer skills.  Ability to work with frequent interruptions, as well as ability to prioritize and function independently is a must.  Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work or Human Services, and valid Michigan driver’s license.  Salary ranges $34,340 - $54,302, based on experience plus benefits.  Visit our website at www.newaygocmh.org.  Mail cover letters and resumes to Human Resources, PO Box 867, White Cloud, MI 49349, e-mail to jobs@newaygocmh.org, or fax to 231-689-7345.  EOE
