Immediate opening is available for a full-time project manager. We are seeking an individual with an excellent work ethic, intelligence and communication skills to join our team.

The Project Manager will work with our purchasing manager, production manager, office manager, and CEO to follow a project from start to finish, ensuring the customers expectations are met at every step in the process. Project manager will meet with customers, manage their quotes, estimate production requirements, enter sales orders, communicate all engineering and production issues and follow up at every stage of production until product has shipped. Due to the small nature of our company, the project manager will be responsible for many additional tasks based on the needs that arise at the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop professional business relationships with existing and new customers

- Use of company-ERP system to enter, track orders. Provide status updates to customers, estimating, production, and quality departments to ensure delivery dates and order requirements are met.

- Understand and communicate product and/or service compliance requirements

- Computer Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to learn, and use company-ERP system and take the ERP system to the next level.

- Problem Solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations.

- Technical Skills - strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Availability during normal business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday) in order to respond promptly to customer needs or requests.

- Must be a detail-oriented, people person, able to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

- Willingness to travel on occasion to meet face-to-face with customers.
