Applications Engineer
A. Perform Application Engineering Functions
1. Respond directly to customer inquiries and requests for quotations. Produce quotations
2. Organize sales order documents
3. Monitor, track and report sales-related activity via CRM
4. Maintain good communications with direct and indirect sales personnel and customers
B. Perform Marketing Functions
1. Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing plan
2. Develop written promotional and video materials
3. Maintain company library for equipment promotional collateral needed for customers and sales personnel
Required Skills and Competencies
1.BA degree in business or engineering-related coursework preferred
2. Some experience working in a capital equipment manufacturing and sales environment
3. Exemplary written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
4. Ability to listen and learn from listening
5. Ability to demonstrate positive behaviors in a team atmosphere
6. Better than average computer skills
7. Valid US Driver's license
