We are hiring a(n) Administrative Assistant, Galleria Servicing Center within our Repossession Department.

About this Position:
This position will support the Galleria Servicing Center and is a member of the Repossession Support Team. The purpose of the “Administrative Assistant” position is to:
* Provide administrative support to the site.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Manage the Front Desk/Reception area by greeting guests, notifying appropriate parties of arrivals.
* Coordinate the receipt of incoming/outgoing packages, faxes and mail.
* Maintain supply inventory for break room and copy center.
* Assist the Back End Leadership team with clerical and data entry needs and meeting preparation.
* Coordinate interview schedules and provide overall support for recruitment process including onsite interviews
* Process abandon vehicle notices by reviewing imaged documents and entering their data into the systems for the Abandon Specialists to review

Position Qualifications:

Required:
* Previous customer service or administrative assistant experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
* Attendance as outlined in the Repossession Support Team attendance policy

Preferred:
* Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills
* Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast paced environment

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
