Demand Generation Specialist

Overview:

As the world’ leading sports data and technology company, STATS powers sports.  We are seeking a dynamic, selfmotivated demand generation specialist to join our global demand generation team.  This individual will focus on the fan engagement market and will play a critical role in our efforts to attract site traffic, convert traffic into new leads for the business and optimize the way we accelerate prospects through the funnel.  The ideal candidate will think with a conversion-centered perspective and possess an extremely strong bias for action and sense of ownership that results in a significant, quantifiable impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Set the strategy for, implement and continuously improve the demand generation programs to seed new leads, nurture them appropriately and generate increased bookings
  • Grow new leads by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content
  • Find and execute on new approaches to lead nurturing including but not limited to channels like SEM, email, social media, blogging and events
  • Write content focused on establishing STATS as a key thought leader in the fan engagement area of the sports technology industry and converting leads into closed won deal
  • Understand and assist in optimizing our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes by improving the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increasing funnel efficiencies
  • Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing with a preference for experience at a growing B2B software company
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)
  • Deep understanding of and exposure to SEM and Google Analytics delivering quantifiable result.
  • Track record of successfully planning, building and implementing creative demand generation programs targeting key buyer personae and delivering quantifiable results
  • Demonstrated writing and copy editing skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
