Sales/Lead Generation

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for contacting potential Advantax customers, effectively communicating the company’s value propositions and scheduling initial appointments to meet with an Advantax consultant. This is a complex sales process. The SDR will represent both the compliance and consulting offerings and is required to be able to professionally and effectively articulate the value and impact of each service. This is a 40 hour / week position available in the St. Charles, IL office.

Responsibilities:  

- Outbound lead generation and contact to scheduling initial sales appointments

- Effectively communicate value propositions across multiple service offerings

- Professional follow up activities via phone and email

- Accurately document sales conversations and transfer to consultants

- Maintain all activity information in CRM system

- Successfully leverage online resources to augment prospecting effectiveness

- Conduct daily activity meetings and weekly/monthly performance reviews

- Additional responsibilities as directed by Advantax management
