Finance and Operations Analyst

The Finance and Operations Analyst is an enthusiastic problem solver who works with all constituents of the Company to optimize CD’s processing operations and overall profitability.  This role will reward creative and thorough thinkers who have strong analytical fundamentals, the utmost integrity and an incessant drive to build something better.  

Resource planning and real-time delegation based on daily processing needs, projected pipeline volume and strategic opportunities

Collecting and analyzing quantitative data from the loan origination process to identify, monitor and improve key metrics of staff effectiveness

Developing tools to increase processing speed and accuracy

Building operational expertise in, and championing software and process improvements to, our TuitionSource_sm lending platform

Providing analysis of pricing, costs, originations and underwriting standards

Compiling and presenting financial and operational results and analysis to diverse stakeholders

Designing and maintaining internal and client reports based on collected data and research
