Business Development / Marketing Associate

Acclaimed boutique employment law firm, is hiring a Business Development & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. Working directly with our Managing Partner and Chief Rain Maker, you will shape the way sales and marketing happens.

In this hands-on role, you will:

· Create an organized process for nurturing and tracking leads and draft correspondence for follow up on leads throughout the firm and from individual attorneys

· Establish a centralized sales system to ensure timely communication with all prospects and follow through to close

· Recognize and respond to marketing opportunities

· Be the point-person for all things website related

· Craft marketing content for e-newsletters, print brochures, the firm’s website, and social media

· Manage the CRM and maintain the integrity of the database

· Develop, implement and manage the firm’s client engagement plan with a focus on new business development

· Participate in the firm’s strategic planning activities with respect to evaluation and improvement of present client relations services and future business development opportunities

Requirements for immediate consideration:

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field

· Previous work experience in Business Development, Marketing or Communications in a professional services environment

· Proficiency in a CRM or similar database management experience

Priority will be given to those who also have proven technical skills in one or more of the following areas:

· Client Services

· Social Media / Social Networking Strategies

· Web-development (WordPress), including basic coding skills and content management

· Search Engine Optimization

· Graphic design, including familiarity with the Adobe design suite

· Copywriting

· Public Relations
