Help Desk Analyst


Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a client in Miami, Fl.

1-3 years of Service Desk experience on an enterprise level.

Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.

Hardware and Operating System Installation.
Managing help desk calls/emails and assigning work tickets to appropriate IT personnel.
?Configuration and troubleshooting of installed applications.
?Configuration and troubleshooting of hardware issues.
?Diagnostics and correction of network connectivity problems.
?Installation and deployment of applications.

Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing issues at hand.

Requirements

1 year of Help Desk Support Experience 

Experience with IT Ticketing Systems / Supporting enterprise / IT applications

Advanced Excel Experience (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).

CompTIA (A+ or Net+), HDI and/or Microsoft Certifications.
