Mission Impact

Those in the Impact Program participate in the spiritual advancement of the Eagle Village community. They interact with EV youth through our mentoring program and actively engage in discipleship on campus with youth and staff.

The Impact Internship allows a young adult in a transitional phase of life to experience hands on ministry and, at the same time, gain valuable insight into the world of experiential learning and human services. This position reports to the Chaplain. It requires a minimum of 6 months commitment, up to 12 months. In exchange, intern will receive housing.

 This position provides up to 25 hours in a paid position in an assigned area such as Youth Specialist or Support Staff. It also requires up to 25 hours of volunteer time which would include assisting in the chapel program and mentoring youth.
