Director of Communications
We've developed one of the world's most rigorous and sustained trainings in mindfulness meditation. This training is fused with a training in social engagement involving the skill of building successful non-profit ventures. This combination represents the type of education that can equip emerging leaders to face the myriad environmental and social challenges of our new millennium.
The Director of Communications is a full time residential position. You receive room and board and a living stipend on our stunning campus in the Green Mountains of northern Vermont. You also undergo our intensive secular meditation training that includes one full-week of retreat every month and three to five hours of meditation training on non-retreat days. The work that you do will include all aspects of growing our young, spunky, modern, secular monastery. You will play an instrumental roll in recruitment, marketing, and operations as we enter a period of vigorous growth. Powerfully communicating our vision to the donors and students who will further it is both an important and difficult challenge.
