Software Engineer - Intern - Summer

Yelp engineering interns work side-by-side with our passionate, creative software developers in our San Francisco office. Each intern has a mentor on their team and substantive projects to work on during their time here. We seek intrepid students who wish to help us connect people with great local businesses-- and gain experience at an established midsized company-- by developing real projects for Yelp. We push these projects to Yelp.com regularly through our continuous deployment cycle.

Beyond our site, Yelp's Intern Program hosts social events designed to orient interns to San Francisco (and discover hidden gems), connect with fellow interns and Yelp engineers... and have a bit of fun. Yelp also proudly hosts meetup groups and tech talks in our beautifully restored historical landmark headquarters, providing access to some of the most dynamic engineers and thought-leaders in the Valley.
