Executive Assistant Intern - Private Equity Real Estate Firm

Once in a lifetime opportunity to work in the exciting industry of Private Equity. Commercial Real Estate Private Equity Firm is seeking an individual who is interested in learning about the investment process of commercial real estate. The Assistant will provide right-hand support to the CEO of the firm and the position requires extensive research and is project oriented. The Individual must have passion for finance and must be self-motivated. The work can be performed remotely and the hours required from the individual are flexible.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

•     Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Specifically, PowerPoint)

•     Conduct research and take on special projects (Internet research)

•     Knowledge of the financial services industry is ideal

•     Open, effective, and diplomatic communicator; exceptional writing and editing skills

•     Strong time-management abilities; deadline-driven with a keen sense of urgency

•     Compile and prepare materials for investment committee meetings

•     Maintain accurate file systems and databases

•     Ability to evaluate and manage competing high-level priorities

•     Highly collaborative, results-oriented approach

•     Ability to exercise good judgment and make independent decisions

•     Monitor and prioritize incoming communications; prepare emails, letters, and other correspondence
