We are hiring a Front-End Supervisor within our Collections Department.

About this Position:
* Consistently and efficiently lead a team of 12-15 full-time and part-time Collectors and Senior Collectors to exceed all goals
* Support collection efforts by assisting team members and handling escalated calls
* Effectively coach, mentor, motivate and communicate through change
* Actively identify process improvement opportunities
* Making effective decisions

Our Front-End Supervisors:
* Ensure your team consists of the Right People and the Right Number of People
* Set and enforce Clear Expectations for your team
* Monitor and evaluate team performance
* Continuously coach team on effective collection techniques
* Effectively communicate so that all team members are abreast of current state of the department and organization
* Execute administrative tasks as needed within the role
* All other duties as assigned by Manager
* Regular and predictable attendance as outlined in the department attendance policy

Position Qualifications:
Required:
* High school diploma
* Previous leadership experience
* Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment

Preferred:
* Experience in the finance or automotive industry

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.

Pay Rate: US$48000 - US$49000 per year + uncapped bonus
