Economic Education (Unpaid) Internship (Louisville Branch)

The Economic Education Internship seeks to educate a select student on best practices in the Economic Education field. The student will gain hands on experience by working with the Economic Education Department (Louisville) as it works to improve economic literacy by providing high-quality economic information for the public and educational resources and programs for educators.   The selected intern will play a role in research and outreach.

Job Description

We are interested in students who possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; that have a solid work ethic and a strong motivation to learn. 

Students majoring in Economics, Finance, or Education are preferred. Other majors will be considered as long as they have a solid foundation in economics and a superior academic record. Introductory knowledge of statistics is desirable. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and comfortable with public speaking.

*Please note that you must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, and eligible to receive academic credit from your college or university from this internship program. This is a full-time, unpaid internship during Summer 2017 for undergraduates only. Specific start/stop dates are TBD, based on your schedule.*
