Latam Investment Banking Associate in NYC

Aldwych is a special situations boutique investment bank focused on domestic and international debt and equity transactions principally in Latin America.

Aldwych is seeking investment banking associate with 3-4 years of experience with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Associate will support investment banking and capital markets teams including financial analysis, competitive analysis, due diligence, macro-economic analysis and data sourcing across multiple industries.
• Assist on a wide range of projects including private capital raises (debt and equity), acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and recapitalizations.
• Analyst will gain experience working on projects across a variety of industries and geographies. Our firm has a strong presence in LatAm and Sub-Saharan Africa with projects in the energy, power, renewables, media, telecom, financial services and technology sectors.
• Graduate of bulge-bracket training program a plus
• Fluent in Spanish
• S7, 63, 79 eligible or licensed
