Reservation Agent For State Parks

We are looking for candidates to successfully complete our training program. During training, candidates will learn how to navigate our proprietary software, how to understand and apply client policy, and how to navigate our knowledge base to successfully assist our client's customers.

Agents who successfully undergo training will then work on the phones in our Call Center Environment assisting campers, boaters, and others with reservations at State Parks. Agents will also assist with website trouble-shooting, policy enforcement & policy interpretation and delivering excellent customer service, all while navigating our software systems.

We are looking for candidates that can adhere to preset schedules and Call Center policies, while enjoying working with some of the brightest and enjoyable team mates you'll ever meet!

This is a contract position, running from December 19, 2016 until April 10, 2017. Contracts can extend into our peak season and as late as fall 2017.
