This co-op will leave you experienced in building a lean culture, improving communication, leading continuous improvement activities, and gaining an overall knowledge of manufacturing high-end consumer products and the operations challenges that go along with them.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participating in and leading CI/lean events
- Simplifying processes and training operators
- Working on technical issues affecting throughput and quality
- Helping to streamline the validation process
- Assisting support staff with introduction of new products to manufacturing
- Assisting in establishing safety standards across the plant
Trek Manufacturing in Waterloo builds high-end performance bicycle racing products using advanced materials and processes. Our plant molds carbon wheels, carbon frames, paints custom frames, and assembles wheels and frames.
