Research and development of new corporate project implementation tracking and presentation methods and tools for reporting on: business process improvements; audit recommendations and other corrective actions; and initiatives, projects, and performance reporting related to MNR’s strategic business plan.
Data collection, analysis, and management of Metro-North’s participation in the International Suburban Rail Benchmarking Group (ISBeRG). Assist with coordination efforts for MNR’s Benchmarking Steering Group, an interdepartmental group designed to pioneer innovation, change, and forward-thinking ideas within the company.
