Customer Success Intern

What will an intern do at Handshake?

Handshake is looking to bring on two interns to join our team in the Spring to help drive our work and initiatives forward. As a part of the Handshake team, you will have the opportunity to interact across our sales and customer success teams. You will work on a variety of different projects that have both, tangible and immediate impact. You will learn and grow alongside a passionate and mission-driven team who are dedicated to helping students like you, develop and succeed.

Working with our Account Managers, you will provide expert-level consultation on the Handshake platform, ensuring that Universities are utilizing the system in the most effective ways possible for their institution. You will help identify, track and resolve strategic customer issues and  collaborate across the Handshake organization to ensure that customer needs are met in an efficient & timely manner. Your work will focus on helping us improve our internal tools to support our partners and effectively communicate internally.

  • Strong technical skills and proficiency with Excel
