We are hiring a Document Management Specialist within our Legal Compliance Department.

About this Position:
* The purpose of the Document Management Specialist position is to support all aspects of the Company&'s Document Management Program. In this role, you will support Company leaders and attorneys by developing, drafting, and implementing clear, concise and compliant corporate documents (such as policies, processes, training materials, job aids and corporate agreements).

Our Document Management Specialist Team Members:
* Document Development: Become a subject matter expert in various areas of the business as needed, and provide valuable feedback and guidance in developing documents in those areas. Ensure that all policies, processes, training materials, job aids, and other corporate documents developed by you and/or as part of a special project are clear, concise, compliant and consistent.
* Document Compliance: Job shadow team members from the business functions to understand how they use corporate documents, and identify and escalate opportunities to create or clarify policies and supporting documents as appropriate.
* Document Implementation: Work with the business to set clear expectations and deadlines for document development milestones. Ensure timely and organized implementation of new and amended policies, processes, training materials, and other corporate documents.
* Corporate Agreements: Ensure fully-executed Corporate Agreements are timely received and added to the Published Document Library; work with the business to establish user permissions and review dates. Timely respond to business inquiries concerning corporate agreements.
* Document Preservation and Destruction: Ensure that Corporate Documents are preserved or destroyed in accordance with the Document Management Program.
* Oversee Document Management Tool and Library: Oversee the administration of the Company&'s Document Library and Document Submission Tool to ensure team members have access to the documents necessary for them to do their job.
* Corporate Knowledge: Provide cross-functional support by learning myriad areas of the business.

Position Qualifications:

Required:
* 3+ years of experience in a Communications role (Corporate Communications, publication editor, newsletter, etc.).
* Able to communicate with team members at all levels in the business.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.
* Bachelor degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field OR 4+ years of equivalent experience.
* Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines.

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.

Pay Rate: US$22.50 - US$30.00 per hour + bonus
