Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist that can take a leading role in our global expansion plan of Optimalprint.com.

In addition, you'll be at the forefront of new technology platforms and you’ll learn from and partner directly with product and marketing leaders to help us optimize our product and marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze, execute and optimize PPC, social and RTB / programmatic advertising campaigns across mobile, tablet and desktop – across the customer journey
  • Help create a beautiful, relevant and consistent customer experience in every step of the customer journey and at every touch point
  • Translate analytic insights and performance reports against KPIs into concrete, actionable recommendations for business and product improvement as well as funnel testing, and communicate these findings to all levels of the company
  • Research new online marketing and advertising technology/platforms

WHAT YOU´D NEED TO KNOW AND HAVE

  • Passion for Gelato and our vision
  • M.Sc./M.A. degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Psychology, Sociology, Physics, Engineering or other data driven fields
  • 3+ years PPC experience in B2C/e-commerce and demonstrable experience leading and managing paid campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels / conversion rate is a plus
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent data driven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt, lead, drive change and grow quickly as we build the organization.
  • Extremely proactive, organized and sense of responsibility.
  • The ability to think big but also to execute well; be nimble and quick on your feet. You are detail-oriented and persistent. You like to hit the ground and just run.
  • Full time position located in Oslo, Norway; Norwegian language is not a prerequisite
  • All candidates should be business-fluent in English.
