The Summer Analyst Program at MUFG has a reputation for providing college students with the opportunity to participate in meaningful projects that contribute to the overall business unit objectives.

Program Overview:

• Opportunity to participate in activities that encourage networking with peers, managers, and bank employees.
• All summer analyst positions are full-time.
• All summer analyst programs last between 10–12 weeks, but can extend beyond that time depending on the project requirements, availability, and business needs
• The locations are based on the project needs within a specific department, but are primarily in the Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York, New Jersey and Tempe offices
• Departments that typically offer intern opportunities include: Audit, Compliance, Business Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Retail Banking and Risk Management to name a few

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a currently-enrolled college student (rising Senior) and will complete degree requirements in winter 2017 or summer 2018.

Although each position will have specific requirements in alignment with the project, minimum requirements for the program include:
• Enrollment in a 4-year college or university through the duration of the internship
• Generally, a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• You MUST be able to furnish proof of citizenship, U.S. residency, or authorization to work full-time for any employer

Additional qualifications include:
• Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
