Internship - T1D Support Tech Intern

Job Description
* Respond in a timely and courteous manner to helpdesk calls from end users with software and hardware questions
*Provide detailed description of problems and resolutions in the Help Desk Software
*Maintain a predefined ticket closure rate on incidents entered into the ticketing system.
*Log all trouble calls and requests, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate party in a timely manner.
*Follow up on all calls to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
*Performs routine maintenance on AV software and WSUS
*Handle various other duties as assigned
