#314 Manufacturing Project Coordinator | Management
I am looking for a job foreman / supervisor. The responsibilities include mechanical and controls assembly and integration along
with debug / run-off and possibly installation. They must have 10 years minimum
experience with Automation Equipment both hard tool and robot.
This employee must be able to work if required 7
days a week with extended hours. Must have good communication skills to be able
to work and coordinate with different departments such as engineering,
purchasing, project management and shipping and receiving.
Supervise all manufacturing phases of a project or
multiple projects. Develop daily work plans for all manufacturing personnel.
Procure and maintain necessary manufacturing manpower to assure adherence to
project schedule and milestones. Assist project manager in development of
Manufacturing Capacity Plans. Maintain proper manufacturing manpower to assure
budgets are followed. Champion daily action item log meeting for each assigned
project. Attend concept and design reviews. Review daily and weekly time sheets
to assure labor is properly recorded. Assist in determining best location for
projects on manufacturing shop floor. Update project schedules. Foster a
positive, results orientated workforce/team. 5+ years experience as a manufacturing
project leader required.
Microsoft Office / primarily excell and word.
Understanding of material delivery systems or computer systems related to
material deliviery and tracking. SAP, Auto-Cad and microsoft project experience
a plus but not required.
This is a contract to hire position.
