Loyalty - Inside Sales Manager

Position Summary
The Outbound Lead Generation Manager is responsible for booking qualified sales prospecting calls for Ipsos Loyalty sales executives. On a daily basis, the Outbound Lead Generation Manager will communicate via phone, email and LinkedIn messaging, the group's products and services to potential clients including but not limited to brands in the following sectors: retail, restaurant, healthcare, technology, telecommunications, financial services, and automotive. The performance of the Lead Generation Manager will relate directly to the number and quality of qualified sales meetings booked.

Responsibilities
* Work with the Ipsos Loyalty sales team to develop lead generation campaigns based on focuses themes and leveraging well defined selection criteria.
* Identify new prospects through the use of provided sales tools including and not limited to LinkedIn Navigator, Ipsos CRM and Finance systems, online research tools.
* Develop and refine the contact database through desk research and cold calling into organizations to identify appropriate contacts.
* Contact prospects to promote Ipsos Loyalty solutions.
* Schedule appointments for colleagues and leaders to call or meet prospective customers.
* Manage any outsourced lead generation firms.
* Record and track all interactions in CRM system and other tracking documents.
* Review performance of campaigns and recommend adjustments to optimize marketing efforts.
* Provide context to Ipsos sales executives as part of preparing for calls and meetings.
* Drive results and measure success by meeting or exceeding qualified meeting and pipeline targets.

Education and experience
* Proven B2B inside sales and lead generation experience - at least 1 year
* Experience in enterprise software and services ideal
* Track record of over-achieving meeting quota
* Ability to qualify based on agreed criteria
* Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
* Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
* Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
* Knowledge of LinkedIn Navigator and other similar tools
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong listening and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
