Onboarding Specialist, Digital Marketing & Media Insights Company

Our client is a business insights firm focused on digital marketing, media and ecommerce, and known for providing the most authoritative and comprehensive media intelligence. Building on the momentum of a banner year in 2016, the firm is poised for continued international growth and has an opening on the Account Management team. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for shaping all new relationships with clients, while helping to expand large-scale partnerships with existing accounts. You will gain a clear understanding of a client’s business needs, set specific goals and ensure customers are receiving substantial value from their subscription. Specific tasks include:

• Orchestrating new client engagements
• Maintaining consistent communication with key contacts and users
• Strategizing with clients to ensure that they fully realize the potential of the product as it relates to their specific business
