Business Development Executive, Recruiting Agency (NYC)

Our client is a leading provider of corporate staffing services poised for continued growth. The firm has developed an excellent training program to on-board and develop recent grads and those with one to two years of experience and a desire to pursue a sales career. The Business Development Executive will be given a running start based on the company’s strong brand awareness and best-in-class service delivery.

The position will be focused on selling staffing services to both midsize and major accounts in a Manhattan territory, allowing this person to work with his/her existing clients and to play to relationships and industry strengths. The firm's current placements include Administrative, Hospitality, Tradeshow and a diversity of contract hire positions.

Qualifications include a 4 year college degree, strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presence, a keen interest in pursuing sales as a career path and strong drive to excel. Some sales experience is highly desirable but not required.
