Marketing Automation Specialist, Digital Media & Marketing Company

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be the Marketo lead for the company, a go-to authority in digital business intelligence. This individual will also be charged with leading the end-to-end automation to support the business and email marketing with a focus on segmentation, engagement and creating a compelling brand experience. Other responsibilities include running programs that contribute to goals for new business sales and current customers and presenting ideas or new strategies to test as well as analysis on outcomes.

The role offers the opportunity to be part of an exceptional marketing team and to work in cross-functional groups, interacting directly with Senior Management. The company has engendered a positive corporate culture and is poised for continued growth in the US and internationally.

Compensation: $60-80,000 (commensurate with experience) plus excellent benefits (including flex vacation and personal days, 100% health insurance coverage, etc.)

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience with Marketo
  • Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • A passion for data and analytics and a proven ability to distill them into actionable insights\
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus
