Administer customer SharePoint and Skype for Business training (virtually and/or in person)

Support IT Service Catalog administration and maintenance

Support large team meeting Audio/Visual needs

Author technical/documentation including work instructions and self-help video content.

Learn about new technologies like Microsoft Lync, Windows 10, Tablet Computing, MobileIron Mobile Device Mgmt

Create user documentation on how to get started with new technologies above

Assist with cross-functional area concerns and tasks

Identify IT Process gaps; research and propose solutions to address these gaps
