IT Services Intern

  • Collect content for and create a new IT Services website to focus on who we are, how we provide services, what we provide, self-help documentation, training videos and guides, “current happenings” awareness articles and blog posts, etc.

  • Administer customer SharePoint and Skype for Business training (virtually and/or in person)

  • Support IT Service Catalog administration and maintenance

  • Support large team meeting Audio/Visual needs

  • Author technical/documentation including work instructions and self-help video content.

  • Learn about new technologies like Microsoft Lync, Windows 10, Tablet Computing, MobileIron Mobile Device Mgmt

  • Create user documentation on how to get started with new technologies above

  • Assist with cross-functional area concerns and tasks

  • Identify IT Process gaps; research and propose solutions to address these gaps
