Research Analyst

Your New Role

You enjoy and have experience working closely with clients. You are comfortable creating, interpreting, and analyzing insights that help your clients’ meet their business goals. You know what needs to get done and you make it happen. And you have some ideas about how to get it done better.

Your specific responsibilities will include:
• Working closely with major Fortune 500 clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
• Using evolve24’s proprietary metrics, analytics, and toolkits to create clear reports meeting specific research objectives,
• Interpreting these analytics and analyses to identify key findings and next steps with a client
• Working internally with researchers, data scientists, account leads, and tech whizzes to create insightful, timely solutions
• Conducting ad-hoc or planned research as needed
• Summarizing content as needed
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality products that meet customers’ business and culture needs

• You understand how to link a specific project to the client’s business goals.
Your experience and work to date is something like this:
• You have a 1-2 years experience as a researcher or analyst or data scientist, ideally in the big data, social intelligence, marketing, advertising, communications / PR, or market research fields and you have worked on multi-disciplinary teams.
• You’re passionate about your work, and insist on high quality insights
• You have an interest in or experience in the automotive industry
• You have demonstrated success in an execution-oriented role: you can create deliverables or work with a team to get them done right and on time
• You are comfortable with and enjoy data analysis. You like doing research and finding hidden insights. You know how to conduct research and understand how to follow research-oriented processes.
• You’re comfortable with statistics and know how to interpret statistical analyses. You understand how to visualize data (and ideally have used Spotfire or Tableau), and know how to interpret charts to find insights
• You thrive in fun, fast-paced environment
• You’re a results-driven, self-motivated team player, capable of conducting independent research, who loves a good problem set, and you have a proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear, incisive deliverables
• You are comfortable relocating for work if the need arises
• You have a bachelors from an accredited university
