Junior Writer/Content Coordinator
Houzz is looking for an entry/junior-level writer and content coordinator to develop and create B2B content for a variety of channels. We’re looking for detail-oriented wordsmiths who love to craft engaging copy and have a knack for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop ideas and write engaging copy for a variety of communications, including (but not limited to) marketing emails, landing pages, sales decks, video scripts, print, web, and more
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all channels
- Copyedit and clean up content as needed
- Proactively identify ways to optimize and distribute our current content
- Determine and develop content needs based on team goals
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years writing experience on a B2B marketing team or agency
- Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record (English, Communications, or Journalism degree a plus)
- Ability to multi-task, balance multiple projects at the same time, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently to write and edit copy for a wide range of content
- Team player with very strong attention to detail
