Overview:
Meritor Inc.’s Emerging Leadership and Development Program (ELDP) is designed for top notch recent graduates with a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting. These candidates must possess the drive to become future leaders that deliver outstanding results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Employees in the Finance
ELDP program will be part of an exciting and challenging rotational work
experience. The program lasts for three years and consists of three, one-year
rotations. Assignments are in one of the following areas:
•Treasury – Cash/Risk Management, Capital Markets,
Cash Forecasting
•Business Group Finance (Corporate, Manufacturing
locations)
•Procurement Finance
•Internal Audit
•Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
•Corporate Strategy
•Shared Services – Procure to Pay, Order to Cash
The ELDP Financial Analyst will have significant responsibilities, with an opportunity to have an immediate impact on company performance. The Analyst will be a part of the Finance team and will support leadership in developing Meritor’s long-term strategies and growth, with opportunities to be a part of teams that make valuable business decisions. More specific position descriptions can be provided on each rotational area depending on the candidate’s specific interest.

Qualifications
• Strong teamwork and ability

• Willingness to take assignments at multiple
locations
• Previous internship or co-op work experience.
