Operations Manager

GrowthFountain is an SEC registered, FINRA approved Funding Portal where individuals can come together to support entrepreneurs and small businesses all across America. We provide wide-ranging support, tutorials and tools to help companies with their fundraising efforts. Further, we provide forums to facilitate personal connections, so businesses can find talent, solicit advice and meet the right people necessary to advance their cause.

GrowthFountain is seeking an operations professional to execute our operational requirements, as well as to streamline and/or eliminate manual processes. We are looking for a hardworking, diligent team player who can think outside the box to conceive and execute creative solutions to make our processes more efficient.

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

·         Attention to detail and diligence to follow-through with required tasks

·         Ability to conceive required work-flow and implement more efficient solutions overtime

Responsibilities include:

·         Managing investment payments and reconciling account balances daily

·         Reviewing background checks to ensure key applicants are not disqualified by “Bad Actor” rules

·         Reviewing campaign applications to determine if we will allow issuers to list on our platform

·         Direct campaigns to be turned off/amended/filings to be made in accordance with your review

·         Assist in developing our customer service department, which may include hiring a direct report

Minimum Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         3+ year of experience in operations

·         Experience working in banking, internet, or financial services organizations

·         Proficient in Microsoft excel/powerpoint

·         Experience with SalesforceIQ a plus

·         Capability to execute independently and deliver complex projects efficiently
