Project Manager, Media

The Project Manager has a track record of supporting the creation of incredible media content across multiple channels and platforms, including TV, print, digital, and social media. We are looking for someone with a “can and will do” attitude whose work will help shape the public narrative on education reform and have a direct impact on revolutionizing teacher and leader training. They will help oversee and facilitate the production process from pre-production, production, and post-production.  S/he is familiar with various media production processes and will help create and implement such process for various media projects. Participation in production shoot days will be mandatory.

Responsibilities
The Project Manager will report directly to our Senior Producer, and should be someone who:

-Is highly detail oriented and can effectively track schedules and deliverables across multiple projects and teams;

-Delivers well thought out and highly detailed project plans;

-Ensures production processes are adhered to and helps to develop, communicate and optimize production standards and processes;

-Ensures that assigned projects are produced and delivered on time and within budget;

-Manages external vendors, leads regular check-in meetings, and creates creative briefs for new projects;

-Is committed to the Success Academy mission and vision, and contributing to the intersection of education and social change.
